We intend to present at irregular intervals those women and men who are not with us or not well known, but have made a significant contribution to the blues and its development and / or continue to do so.
There are outstanding artists which we will present. Some of them have not gone beyond their topographical boundaries, many have not received the necessary marketing support, some have become known as "Artist of the Artists". That's a nice way of saying that they are excellent musicians the well known people like to visit regulary for to learn and copy - but they fail to economic success and wide recognition.
We wanted to start the series with the unique Trudy Lynn, but last minute we have decided – because of actuel happenings - that the South Carolina legend Drink Small will be the opener of the series.<br />
